cancelations/No shows

• Appointments canceled less than 24 hours ahead of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the total service. A card number will be required upon booking. Any unpaid cancelation fees must be paid prior to booking future appointments.

• Clients who are 15 minutes late (without notice) and are unreachable will be marked as no-show and will be charged 50% of the total service. A card number will be required upoon booking. Any unpaid no show fees must be paid prior to booking future appointments and a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to book. The deposit will be used toward the total cost of your appointment and will not be refunded if canceled/no-showed.

Rescheduling/late fees and policy

• Three or more consecutive appointments that are rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time will result in fees up to 50% of the service amount. Appointment arrival past 15 minutes (with notification) may result in a late fee. If the length of time is no longer suitable for the appointment, a late fee will be charged and the appointment will be rescheduled.

• All clients under the age of 18 will require a signed parental consent form or be present during the consultation. Parents/guardians do not need to be present for the duration of the appointment, but it is highly preferred to be present during the initial consultation for haircuts and is required for any chemical service.
